He stands 17" tall.  He is dressed in hand sewn clothing of dark green wool knickers and a striped velvet tunic.  His long black velvet cape has wide gold lame' cuffs and is trimmed with genuine brown mink on the bottom edge.  An antique reproduction sheep walks faithfully by his side.
